The automation module allows your MAB Watermaker to take care of itself. You get automatic start, stop and rinse, without having to be there. The system uses a float in the water tank that senses the levels and starts/stops the watermaker for you.

 What the module does

 
 Starts the watermaker when the tank level drops.
 
 Stops production when the tank is full.
 
 Performs automatic flushing after stopping.
 
 Puts the system in “standby” mode until the tank needs to be refilled.
 
 Protects the high-pressure housing from pressure surges through solenoid valves and bypass pressure relief.
 
 Can be turned off at any time → then the MAB works as a regular, manual watermaker again.


 What's included

 
 Relay box with time relays for start delay, flushing and pressure relief.
 
 Dump valve module with solenoid valves that handle flushing and pressure dumping.
 
 Float sensor for installation in the water tank (start/stop control).
 
 High pressure bypass hose and quick couplings for easy installation.


 This is how it works in practice

 
 The tank gets low → the float says "start".
 
 The boost pump starts → the system builds up the correct working pressure.
 
 The high-pressure pump starts automatically after about 10 seconds.
 
 When the tank is full, production is shut down.
 
 A timed flushing is run automatically (approx. 2 minutes).
 
 The system goes into standby mode until the tank sinks again.

 The entire cycle runs completely automatically.
