Canning by watermaker (“pickling”)
 Sodium metabisulfite is used for preservation. After preservation, the system can be stored for up to 6 months . If longer storage is required, flush the system and repeat the preservation after 6 months.
 ⚠️ Important: Only use your own produced drinking water (without chlorine) or tap water that has passed through an activated carbon filter to remove chlorine, which is normally found in regular water.
